Overview
We developed an integrated communications, marketing, digital and media platform to lead and support the business - fostering high quality, innovative communications and marketing, solid media relationships, a viable content strategy, brand stability, and an enhanced digital presence founded on a global web presence.
Invesco is a signifcant presence in the global asset management market with more than U$2 trillion of assets under management currently, worldwide. Invesco required a revamped communications, media and marketing platform to support and lead the business in Australia and abroad as required.

The Challenge
Invesco's institutional and adviser clients required full visibility and maximum information and insights about Invesco, its products, and its investment personnel. Invesco Australia's staff volatility and product lineup changes at the time made it more difficult for clients to gain confidence in the brand. This limited the growth of assets under management and dampened Invesco's brand presence in the Australian market among institutions and advisers (B2B).
Invcesco Australia's communications, media and digital platform needed to be strengthened and enhanced to effectively support growth in sales, investments, and investment product globally. This required deep expertise in investment communications, global product, comms and content strategy, media, brand, and digital.

The Solution
We developed a full stack platform for existing and new media relationships & engagement. We used a research-backed, data-driven approach. We developed strategic comms through audience- and channel-specific tactics. We applied a focused engagement & targeted communictions and media approach - tailored for internal and external communications strategies. We collaborated in delivery and execution accross platforms - and led in reporting, analysis, thought leadership, campaign management, investor relations, and strategy.
