HESTA is a major Australian industry super fund. The brief was to develop, innovate, create, manage, and deliver digital content to engage with member segments through channel, form, media, in line with strategy. The approach focused on creating digital content for engagement, promotion, education & advocacy in super for members, employers, government, and other stakeholders.
Results included strengthened engagement, education & digital journey for target audience, strengthened engagement in digital comms, journey and UX—in campaigns, in investments and super, and in gender equity advocacy. There was also improved B2B strategic collateral, thought leadership, and quarterly member newsletter with high metrics & engagement scores.
